Our Classes

  • Our signature hot power flow is a fast-paced vinyasa flow practice linking breath to a dynamic sequence of poses designed to build strength and stamina while toning the body. Work up a sweat with our top-of-the-line infrared heating panels set to 92+ degrees Fahrenheit while moving to an upbeat playlist.

    This class is suitable for all levels. New and experienced students welcome!

  • New to hot yoga? This vinyasa flow is a great way to introduce your body to and get acclimated to our heated classes. Build strength and flexibility as you get accustomed to the warmth and benefits of our infrared heating panels which will be heated to 85+ degrees Fahrenheit.

    This class is suitable for all levels. New and experienced students welcome!

  • Do you want the best of both worlds?! Our Warm Vin to Yin class is perfect for achieving a great workout and a relaxing practice for the mind, body and soul.

    The room will be heated to 85+ degrees by our infrared heating panels. The first half of the class will be a Vinyasa flow, focusing on creating a fluid, continuous sequence while linking breath to each pose. The second half will be a Yin class with poses being held longer to deepen your stretch and relaxation.

    This class is suitable for all levels. New and experienced students welcome!

  • Our pilates-inspired class offers a full-body sweat and sculpt session. We’ll build core strength and muscle stability through small, isolated, and repetitive movements (we may even throw in a cardio-burst too!) Our experienced instructors will leave you feeling in tune with your body and craving more of this low-impact, challenging, and fun class.

    Our Warm Pilates class will be heated using our infrared heating panels at 85+ degrees.

  • Fusion is a sweaty and soulful combo of all of our favorite types of movement: yoga, sculpt, light HIIT, and breathwork. Through this warm, music-driven class, you’ll find the power in persistence and strength in repetition. You will be challenged both mentally and physically while having fun and releasing what’s no longer needed. You will sweat, feel, breathe, and move. And you’ll do it again, and again, and again!

    The room will be heated to 85+ degrees by our infrared heating panels.

  • Relax and unwind in this unheated class designed to calm the mind and body. Poses will be held longer with the support of props as necessary to achieve full relaxation of the mind, body, and soul.

    This class is suitable for all levels. New and experienced students welcome!

  • Gentle yoga for expectant mothers is designed to complement the needs of a pregnant body through all three trimesters. The poses in this class will bring balance and alignment to the pelvis and pelvic floor to prepare the body for birthing. Decrease stress and prepare the mind and body for the wonderful journey ahead!

  • Discover the transformative power of Core Connection, a specialized yoga class designed to nurture and support women’s health, particularly postpartum and pelvic floor care.

    Each session will guide you through gentle movements, mindful breathwork, and pelvic floor exercises, all aimed at promoting healing, rejuvenation, and balance. Whether you're a new mother seeking postpartum support or simply looking to enhance your pelvic health, this class offers a safe and nurturing space for women to thrive.

    This class is suitable for women 6 weeks postpartum and beyond. New and experienced students welcome!

  • Engaging activities, age-appropriate poses, and a focus on mindfulness. Parents, enjoy some downtime as your kiddos delve into yoga magic. No need to stay - it’s their time to shine.
