Our signature hot power yoga class is a fast-paced vinyasa flow linking breath to a dynamic sequence of poses designed to build strength, stamina, and tone the body. Expect continuous movement, strong transitions, and an upbeat playlist as you work up a sweat. Heated to 92+ degrees with top-of-the-line infrared panels.

Reformer Pilates Warm Flow
This 50-minute reformer class focuses on precise movement, control, and continuous flow. Build strength, improve mobility, and engage your core using our state-of-the-art reformers, enhanced by gentle infrared heat. Heated to ~79–82 degrees.

Hot Yoga Sculpt (Pilates Fusion)
Flow-based yoga layered with strength and cardio. This yoga-based class blends vinyasa flow with Pilates-inspired core work, light weights, and short cardio elements for a full-body burn. Expect rhythmic pacing, continuous movement, and energizing music in a heated room. Heated to ~92 degrees.

Structured strength training supported by yoga warm-up and recovery. This strength-based class focuses on total-body power, stability, and control through dedicated strengthening blocks with clear sets and reps. Light to moderate weights and props are used, with yoga-based movement intentionally placed at the beginning and end of class. Heated to ~92 degrees.
