Why Infrared Heat?

At Lotus Yoga & Pilates, we offer more than just great movement — we offer the healing power of infrared heat.

Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art far infrared (FIR) heating panels throughout the yoga & Pilates rooms, designed to gently warm your body from the inside out. Whether you're taking a Hot Power Flow, a Reformer Pilates Warm Flow, or any of our heated yoga or Pilates classes, you'll experience the incredible benefits of FIR technology, including:

  • detoxification

  • reduced joint pain and stiffness

  • decreased muscle tension and soreness

  • improved circulation

  • improved cardiovascular health

  • skin purification

  • boosting of the immune system

  • improved sleep quality

Infrared heat goes beyond just making you sweat — it supports your body on a deeper level, enhancing recovery, mobility, and overall wellness.

Come feel the difference for yourself in one of our hot or warm classes — your body will thank you.

Rooted in hot yoga and expanded into reformer and mat Pilates, Lotus Yoga & Pilates offers movement for every mood, goal, and schedule.

Joining us for the first time?

Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your time with us.

  1. Arrive a Few Minutes Early: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class. This will give you enough time to check-in, meet your instructor, and get set up for an amazing workout. Please note: To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted class experience and for everyone's safety and security, we will be locking the doors promptly 5 minutes after the class begins.

  2. Bring your yoga mat (for mat classes) and a sweat hand towel: We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and sweat towel, but if you don’t have one, you can rent one of our mats for $2 (first mat rental is free).

  3. Stay Hydrated: Don't forget to bring a water bottle with you to every class. Staying hydrated is essential for maintaining energy levels and maximizing your performance.

  4. Dress Comfortably: Wear workout clothes that allow you to move freely and comfortably. We suggest opting for breathable fabrics that absorb sweat.

  5. What to Expect: Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire you while ensuring a fun and inclusive environment.

  6. Modifications and Options: Our instructors are experts at providing modifications and options for different fitness levels. If you have any concerns or specific requirements, please don't hesitate to communicate with your instructor before the class. We're here to support you every step of the way.

  7. Early Cancellation: If you can't attend class, cancel your reservation as early as possible to allow others to take your spot. Beginning February 1st, a $5 No-Show Fee will be implemented for missed classes. We value your commitment to your wellness journey and aim to create a positive experience for all. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Let's honor our practice and each other's time.
