Childwatch Services
Did you know that Lotus Yoga offers convenient weekday (Monday-Friday) Childwatch services to make your yoga practice even more enjoyable? For just $4 per child for Lotus Yoga members or $8 per child for non-members, you can have us watch your children while you work out. We also offer an Unlimited Childwatch package for $25/month per child. Here’s everything you need to know:
Book in Advance: When you schedule your classes, don’t forget to book your childwatch services at the same time. This way you can secure your spot.
Create Dependent Accounts: To streamline the process, create “Dependent” accounts for each of your children in your account in the Family section by selecting Add Family. From there, you can create a dependent account for each child and easily book them into our childwatch services.
Location: Our Childwatch services will be located in the new Oconee County Library children’s section.
Operating Hours: Childwatch services will open 15 minutes before and after the scheduled class time, giving you plenty of time to drop off and pick up your little ones.
Drop-off Procedure: Please drop off your child before heading to the studio for your class. Our friendly staff will be there to greet you, get your phone number, and ensure a smooth transition.
Preparation Tips: To ensure a comfortable experience for your child, please make sure they are in a clean, dry diaper and/or have used the restroom before leaving.
With Childwatch services at Lotus Yoga, you can enjoy your practice knowing that your little one is in safe hands. We can’t wait to see you both on the mat!

Bring your little ones to let them explore, play, and make new friends in a supportive and nurturing environment. This free open play session is designed to foster socialization, creativity, and bonding between parents and children.
Come connect with other families, share stories, and enjoy quality time with your little ones at Lotus Open Play. Ages 6 weeks to young kids are welcome!

Prenatal Yoga
Gentle yoga for expectant mothers is designed to complement the needs of a pregnant body through all three trimesters. The poses in this class will bring balance and alignment to the pelvis and pelvic floor to prepare the body for birthing. Decrease stress and prepare the mind and body for the wonderful journey ahead!
